Shipping policy

 

Printed books are printed on demand for each order and shipped directly to your address by our printing and logistics partner in Europe.

 

Processing: your order is placed with the printer within 2 working days after payment.

Delivery time: usually 10 to 15 working days after the order, depending on your country.

Shipping costs: shown at checkout before you pay.

Tracking: you receive a shipping confirmation by e-mail when your order is sent.

 

E-books are delivered immediately after payment by e-mail and through the download link on the order confirmation page.

 

If your book has not arrived within 20 working days, please write to noxynero@gmail.com and we will resolve it right away.
