Terms of service
- Seller. This online store is operated by Impulso Pro, Via Borgo Palazzo 53, 24125 Bergamo (BG), Italy, e-mail noxynero@gmail.com.
2. Products. We sell printed books and e-books (PDF). The product pages describe each book, its format (printed or digital) and its price. Prices are in euro and include VAT where applicable. Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
3. Order and contract. The contract is concluded when you complete the payment and receive the order confirmation by e-mail.
4. Payment. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by Shopify Payments.
5. Delivery. Printed books are delivered as described in our Shipping policy. E-books are delivered by download link immediately after payment.
6. Returns and withdrawal. Your rights to return a printed book and the rules for e-books are described in our Refund policy.
7. Use of e-books. E-books are for your personal use only and may not be copied, resold or shared publicly.
8. Liability. The contents of our books are for information and inspiration and do not replace advice from a doctor or other qualified professional.
9. Applicable law. These terms are governed by Italian law, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rules of the country where you live.
