Returns and refunds

 

Printed books: under EU consumer law you may withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the book, without giving a reason. To do so, send us a clear message by e-mail at noxynero@gmail.com with your order number. We then send you the return address. The book must be returned unused and in its original condition within 14 days of your message. The cost of returning the book is paid by you. We refund the price of the book and the original standard shipping cost within 14 days after we receive the book back, using the same payment method you used.

 

Damaged or wrong book: if your book arrives damaged or you received the wrong title, write to us within 14 days with a photo. We send you the correct book at no cost.

 

E-books (PDF): e-books are digital content delivered immediately after payment. By completing the purchase you agree to the immediate delivery and acknowledge that the right of withdrawal ends once the download link has been provided. If the file does not open, write to us and we send it again.
